Effective April 25, 2026

Driggsby is a software product provided by The Good Software Company, LLC ("GSC," "Driggsby," "we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how it is used, and how it is handled.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use Driggsby, we may collect:

2. How We Use Information

Driggsby uses information to:

Eligibility Decisions

Driggsby does not use customer financial data for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or other eligibility decisions.

3. Financial Data From Connected Accounts

If you choose to connect financial accounts through Plaid or another authorized connectivity provider, Driggsby receives the categories of financial data needed to power the product features you use.

These categories may include account identifiers and metadata, balances, transactions, recurring transaction information, holdings, liabilities, investment information, and merchant or enrichment information, to the extent made available by your financial institution or data provider and authorized by you.

Driggsby uses connected financial account data only to provide, maintain, secure, support, and improve Driggsby's personal-finance organization, analysis, insight, AI-assisted product features, and related product functionality, as authorized by you and permitted by applicable law, applicable user consent, and our agreements with connectivity providers and financial institutions.

To connect a financial account, Driggsby opens the applicable connectivity provider flow, such as Plaid Link. Driggsby does not receive connected financial account data unless you complete that provider flow and authorize access. The provider flow presents connection-specific authorization or consent language. This Privacy Policy describes Driggsby's collection, use, storage, processing, service-provider sharing, and revocation practices, together with any additional notice presented in the product.

When you connect an account using Plaid, Plaid may collect and process your information under Plaid's own privacy policy and terms. You can learn more at https://plaid.com/legal/.

4. Sharing and Service Providers

Subject to applicable law, applicable user consent, and our agreements with connectivity providers and financial institutions, Driggsby may share personal information and connected financial account data with service providers acting on Driggsby's behalf as reasonably necessary to provide, operate, maintain, secure, support, analyze, develop, test, debug, or improve Driggsby, including to power AI-assisted product features.

These service providers may include providers of technology, operations, account connectivity, communications, analytics, support, security, software development, and model or AI services.

Different service providers receive only the categories of information reasonably needed for their role.

Where financial data or other sensitive information is shared for processing, such sharing will be limited to the categories of third parties disclosed to the user and otherwise permitted by applicable law and user consent.

Driggsby does not disclose, transfer, syndicate, rent, license, or otherwise distribute connected financial account data to third parties for their own marketing, advertising, data brokerage, or other independent purposes. Driggsby may share connected financial account data only with service providers acting on Driggsby's behalf to provide the service, at your direction or with your express consent, or as required by applicable law.

Service providers that process personal information or connected financial account data on Driggsby's behalf may use it only to provide contracted services to Driggsby, maintain the security and integrity of those services, or comply with law, and they are subject to confidentiality and security obligations.

Driggsby does not permit service providers, including third-party model or AI providers, to use personal information, including connected financial account data, for their own independent purposes, advertising, data brokerage, sale, or to train, improve, fine-tune, or update base, foundation, or other general-purpose AI models.

If you separately choose to send information to a third-party feature, integration, or service that is not acting as Driggsby's service provider, Driggsby will present clear notice of the relevant third party and material data-use terms before you authorize that transfer.

Driggsby designs development, testing, debugging, and support workflows to limit exposure of personal information and connected financial account data, including by using synthetic, aggregated, de-identified, or redacted information where reasonably available and appropriate.

Driggsby may also disclose information when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, security, or safety of Driggsby, its users, or others.

Driggsby does not sell customer personal information.

5. Retention

Driggsby retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or support legitimate business operations.

If you submit a valid deletion request, Driggsby will promptly delete connected financial account data received through Plaid or another connected-account provider from active systems, except to the extent retention is required by applicable law.

Backups may retain residual copies of data for a limited period until those backups expire in the ordinary course.

6. Security

Driggsby uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but Driggsby uses reasonable measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data it handles.

7. Your Choices

You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your information, subject to applicable law and reasonable verification.

You may also disconnect financial accounts and stop using the service at any time.

To revoke a financial-data connection, you may disconnect linked accounts within the product when available or contact Driggsby using the contact details below. Disconnecting an account stops future access or refreshes after revocation is processed, but does not by itself delete historical data already received through the service. To request deletion, contact Driggsby using the contact details below.

8. Children

Driggsby is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law to use the service, and Driggsby does not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

9. Changes to This Policy

Driggsby may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When material changes are made, Driggsby will update the effective date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
