Disconnecting & getting help
Disconnect Claude: in Claude, open Customize → Connectors, find Driggsby, and remove it. Driggsby immediately stops answering Claude's requests. Your Driggsby account and bank connections are unaffected.
Disconnect a bank: sign in at app.driggsby.com, find the institution in your connected accounts, and choose Stop syncing. Syncing stops immediately, and Driggsby pulls no new data from that institution.
Delete your data: email support@driggsby.com and we'll delete your account and connected financial data, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Questions or feedback: email support@driggsby.com — a human reads every message.
Troubleshooting
Claude doesn't see Driggsby's tools: in the chat composer, open the tools menu and make sure Driggsby is enabled, then start a new conversation. If it still doesn't appear, remove and re-add the connector in Customize → Connectors.
Claude says it can't access your data: your Driggsby sign-in from Claude may have been revoked or expired. Claude will prompt you to reconnect; approving it on the Driggsby authorization page restores access.
Data looks stale or a bank needs attention: Driggsby syncs automatically in the background. If a bank connection needs your attention, your Driggsby dashboard shows a Reconnect account button for that institution, and we also email you.
